Flexible WordPress data exports
WP All Export Pro is a paid upgrade for creating customized exports from WordPress. Its three-step process and drag-and-drop interface help you choose the data you need, arrange it into a useful structure, and generate an export file for editing, reporting, migration, or another workflow.
The plugin supports CSV and XML exports, while the Pro edition also adds true Excel export in both .XLS and .XLSX formats. This makes it practical when your next tool or service requires Excel rather than CSV or XML.
Choose and structure the data
WP All Export Pro lets you select specific WordPress data instead of exporting everything in a fixed format. You can export posts, products, orders, users, custom post types, and custom fields. This is useful for sites where plugins and themes store important information beyond the standard WordPress fields.
Use the drag-and-drop interface to decide which fields belong in the export. Rename CSV columns and XML elements, rearrange them, and structure the file around the needs of the destination application or team. The result can be prepared for editing in Excel or Google Sheets, or shaped for a separate service that expects a particular layout.
Filter, schedule, and connect exports
- Filtering rules: Export only the posts, products, orders, or users that match your requirements. Examples include WooCommerce orders over a selected amount, products with a particular attribute, or posts from a defined period.
- Scheduled exports: Configure exports to run automatically on the schedule you choose. Regular tasks can include new sales, recent user sign-ups, newly added affiliate products, or product stock reports.
- Zapier integration: Send exported data to more than 500 apps, including Dropbox and Google Drive, create or update reports in Google Sheets, or send email updates.
- User exports: Export WordPress users and their available data for administration, analysis, or another supported workflow.
Scheduled exports can be combined with Zapier for recurring delivery and reporting workflows. For example, a store can prepare filtered WooCommerce order data and send it to a connected service without rebuilding the export each time.
Support migration and editing workflows
WP All Export can generate WP All Import settings, helping you move exported data back into WordPress after editing. A practical workflow is to export content, update it in Excel or Google Sheets, and then import the revised data with WP All Import. The same approach can support migration between WordPress sites when the export structure is prepared for the destination.
Installation and first export
Install the WP All Export Pro edition in WordPress and activate it. Open the export workflow, choose the content type or data set, select fields with the drag-and-drop interface, and arrange the output. Add filtering rules or a schedule when needed, then choose CSV, XML, or Excel format and run the export. If the file will be reused in WordPress, review the generated WP All Import settings before importing.
