Flexible WooCommerce product exports
WooCommerce Product Export Premium Version helps you prepare WooCommerce product data for spreadsheets, feeds, migrations, bulk editing, and connected applications. It works with WP All Export and supports detailed control over which product information is included and how the resulting file is arranged.
Choose the product export columns with a drag-and-drop interface, then rearrange, rename, or combine them to match your required layout. You can add fields created by third-party plugins or add-ons, and use embedded PHP functions to create custom columns or modify exported data.
Premium export formats and destinations
- Export product data to CSV files.
- Create Excel files in .XLS or .XLSX formats.
- Build simple or complex XML feeds.
- Send product data to Google Sheets for collaborative editing and analysis.
- Generate a Google Merchant Center product feed using the available template.
The premium version is designed for exports that need more than a basic spreadsheet. Custom XML structures can support specific feed requirements, while Excel output gives teams another format for reviewing and editing product information.
Target the products you need
Flexible filters let you limit an export to a precise product set. Build simple conditions, combine multiple conditions, or nest them to create more advanced logic. Filters can use product fields added by third-party plugins or add-ons, and date fields can use relative conditions such as “last week” or “last month.” This can be useful when exporting active products, selected catalog groups, or data that matches a particular time period.
Premium also supports exporting all WooCommerce product fields, including attributes and product variations. You can choose to export only parent products, only variations, or both, depending on the structure required by your spreadsheet, feed, or receiving system.
Catalog maintenance and connected workflows
Use the export and import combination to bulk edit product data in a spreadsheet and bring those changes back into WooCommerce with WP All Import. The same workflow can help migrate product data from one WooCommerce site to another.
Recurring exports can be scheduled to run automatically. Zapier integration connects the export file with thousands of external applications, while Google Sheets support provides a practical destination for shared product-data work. For Google Merchant Center, the dedicated product-feed template helps organize information according to the platform’s data requirements.
Installation and first export
After installing and activating the required product export add-on, go to All Export › New Export and select WooCommerce Products. Choose the columns you need, arrange or modify them, and add filters if the export should include only selected products. Select the required export type, such as CSV, Excel, or a feed format, then run the export and download or use the resulting file.
Premium capabilities also include scheduled exports, Google Sheets and Zapier connections, custom PHP functions, and guaranteed technical support by email as described for the premium version.
