Manage WordPress content in a spreadsheet
Bulk Edit Posts and Products in Spreadsheet Premium brings a spreadsheet workflow to WordPress administration. Instead of opening individual post or product editors, you can view and edit posts, pages, and WooCommerce products in rows and columns. The interface is designed for keyboard navigation, column sorting, and editing hundreds of posts without reloading the page.
The product works with both Gutenberg and the Classic Editor. You can edit post content in the spreadsheet with Gutenberg support, while the Classic Editor is also supported. The spreadsheet can display core information such as titles, content, excerpts, featured images, publish dates, comment status, page parents, categories, and tags.
Premium tools for products and bulk changes
The Premium edition adds a WooCommerce spreadsheet for managing products, including variable products, attributes, downloadable products, and variations. Product fields available for editing include regular and sale prices, gallery, short description, stock status, stock quantity, featured image, visibility, virtual and downloadable settings, attributes, categories, tags, sale price dates, purchase notes, reviews, shipping class, and custom fields.
For broad content updates, the replace formula can apply changes to all relevant posts at once. You can replace words or phrases, change post statuses, add messages before or after content or images, insert shortcodes, update old prices or links, mark products as out of stock, add categories, assign a featured image, or replace an existing value with the current date. The math formula can increase or decrease product prices by a percentage and adjust product stock for a specific category.
Extend and reuse information
Advanced Custom Fields integration allows metaboxes to be edited in the spreadsheet. You can add custom columns for other plugin fields, enable or disable columns, and rename columns to fit your workflow. Developers can also add custom columns using actions and filters.
Bulk copying helps reuse information across multiple records. For example, you can copy titles, excerpts, post dates, categories, or tags from one cell into several cells. Premium also supports custom post types, including media attachments and portfolio items when those post types are available on the site. WPBakery Page Builder integration lets you open the live or backend editor from the spreadsheet.
Practical workflow
- Open the spreadsheet inside WordPress administration.
- Locate posts, pages, products, or another enabled post type.

The plugin can work on shared hosting, with server consumption adjustable from its options page.
