Product-based customer lists for WooCommerce
Product Customer List for WooCommerce Premium shows the customers who bought a specific product. The list is available at the bottom of the WooCommerce product edit page or through a shortcode, giving store administrators a practical way to review and use purchase information.
This can help with customer communication for courses, shows, product recalls, and other situations where a product-specific buyer list is useful. The plugin supports variable products, custom statuses, and High Performance Order Storage (HPOS). It is responsive, multisite compatible, performance oriented, and its functions are pluggable.
Review and organize customer information
Use the options page to choose which information columns appear in the list. Available details include customer name, email, phone number, address, order number, order date, shipping method, order total, and quantity for each product.
The customer table can be searched by any column and sorted by any column. Drag and drop columns to arrange them in the preferred order, and reset the column order when needed. The list can also be copied to the clipboard or printed directly.
Contact and export buyers
Premium provides practical ways to use the displayed customer data. Send an email to all customers for a specific product through your preferred email client using b.c.c., or email selected customers. Export the list to CSV, Excel, or PDF. PDF export includes settings for page size and orientation, while CSV export can be useful when importing the list into Mailchimp.
Shortcodes and premium integrations
The shortcode can display product orders on the front end, with attributes used to select which information is shown. Premium adds shortcode support by variation ID and DataTables functionality for shortcode lists, including export to PDF and CSV, printing, emailing customers, searching, and paging.
The Premium edition also supports Custom Fields, User meta, and WooCommerce Custom Fields from RightPress. It supports WooTours, WooEvents, YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons, Conditional Woo Checkout Field Pro, Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce from Themehigh, WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor, WooCommerce Product Add-ons, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and WooCommerce Product Bundles.
Language and store administration
The plugin is localized and WPML and Polylang ready, with a POT file included. Included translations are French, French (France), French (Canada), Spanish, Dutch, Dutch (Netherlands), and Dutch (Belgium). Premium also includes premium support and premium updates.
Installation and setup
WooCommerce 5.0 or newer must be installed and activated. Install and activate Product Customer List for WooCommerce, then open the Product Customer List settings under WooCommerce to choose the columns and adjust the list presentation. When editing a product, make sure the Product Customer List checkbox is enabled in Screen Options if the customer list is not visible. Use the documented shortcode when a front-end list is required.
