Request a Quote for WooCommerce – Get a Quote Button Pro helps WooCommerce stores collect pricing enquiries before a customer places an order. It is designed for bulk orders, custom products, selected variations, shipping questions, alternative products, and other situations where a standard Add to Cart process is not suitable.
The Pro edition adds detailed controls for deciding where quote requests appear and how customers interact with them. You can replace normal purchasing actions with a price-on-request workflow, create several quote buttons for different product groups, and collect product information through a popup form.
Flexible quote button placement
Place a quote button on a WooCommerce single product page, below the product grid, on the cart page, or anywhere on the site with the custom shortcode. Pro also provides a built-in quote button generator for WooCommerce hooks and supports adding custom Get a Quote buttons from the Elementor editor.
Button settings let you adjust typography, text, size, spacing, color, location, appearance, and the popup width. A thank-you page redirect can be used after form submission. The popup connects with Contact Form 7 or WPForms, allowing the selected form to appear when a visitor clicks the quote button.
Control which products request a quote
Pro rules can target specific products, product categories, product tags, product variations, featured products, product types, stock statuses, user statuses, user roles, and more. This makes it possible to show quote requests only where they are needed instead of changing the purchasing experience across the entire store.
For a price-on-request setup, you can hide the product price and Add to Cart button when the quote button is enabled. The plugin also supports variable products, with the customer’s selected variations included in the email in the Pro version.
Build a detailed quotation workflow
- Use a multi-product quote system with full settings and mini-quote widgets.
- Add a quote button to the cart page and collect detailed information about all cart items.
- Create multiple quote buttons with different contact forms for specific product groups.
- Send quote emails to the WooCommerce product vendor or author email address.
- Include product title, price, SKU, ID, URL, stock status, variations, and other product information in quote emails.
- Show the WooCommerce product title in the email body and popup form.

Installation and setup
Install the Pro plugin on a WooCommerce site, then open its settings to configure the quote button text, styling, visibility rules, popup width, and product conditions. Install and configure Contact Form 7 or WPForms, select the form for the relevant quote button, and place buttons using the product-page settings, cart options, shortcode, hooks, or Elementor. Test a product variation and the resulting email before publishing the workflow.
