Safe Media Replacement keeps the original file until the new upload has fully committed and restores it automatically if something goes wrong. Missing Media Detection identifies content that points to images or files no longer present on the server and lets you replace them.
Links, redirects, and 404 monitoring

The Site Health Dashboard brings together an overall score, issue count, and activity log. Pro maintenance features include external link, image, and embed checking; scheduled and background scans; grouped broken-link causes such as timeout, DNS, SSL, or rate limiting; and bulk fixes across occurrences.
Safe Revision presents an AI suggestion as a full diff for selective approval, merging, publishing, or rollback. AI Content Refresher scans posts for outdated years, software versions, prices, and dead references, then applies approved rewrites as a reversible revision. Maintenance Agent groups related problems, ranks them, prepares a plan for approval, runs the approved batch, and reports what changed.
Additional tools
Duplicate or clone posts, pages, and public custom post types as drafts. Bulk cloning supports metadata selection and is described as WooCommerce-aware and page-builder-aware. Code Inserts lets you add HTML, CSS, and JavaScript snippets to the header, body start, or footer without editing the theme; PHP is not executed. Long scans can run through Action Scheduler or WP-Cron so administration screens do not wait for them.
Installation and first use
Install and activate Better Find And Replace Pro in WordPress, open its settings, and choose the task you need. Enter the search and replacement values, select the relevant tables or content areas, and run a dry report. Review the affected rows and data carefully before disabling Dry Run and applying the change. For maintenance features, configure scans, redirects, media actions, or AI-assisted workflows from the corresponding settings areas.
