Pro includes more than 55 input fields, along with multi-step forms, advanced form styling, dynamic fields, chained selects, image and file uploads, ratings, checkable grids, range sliders, color pickers, phone fields, and Net Promoter Score fields. These options support lead collection, feedback, applications, product orders, and other structured submissions.
Conditional and guided experiences
Use smart conditional logic to show relevant fields and create more focused forms. Conditional confirmation messages can display different responses when specified conditions are met. Conditional email routing can send notifications according to submission details, while advanced validation helps control the information users provide.
For longer forms, multi-step layouts divide the experience into manageable sections. Conversational forms present one question at a time and can be shared through direct URLs, shortcodes, or HTML embedding. Pro users can customize conversational form fonts, colors, and backgrounds, and visitors can navigate questions with scrolling and key presses.
Payments, calculations, and documents
Fluent Forms Pro supports payment, product order, subscription, and donation forms. Payment gateway integrations listed for Pro include PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Square, Paystack, Mollie, and Authorize.net. Payment fields can be combined with product details, quantities, payment methods, and summaries.
The numeric calculation tools can be used for calculators such as car loan, BMI, mortgage, or tax forms. Minimum and maximum values can be set for numeric inputs. After submission, the PDF feature can generate invoices, reports, or order summaries for download or email delivery.
Quizzes, surveys, and data management
Create quizzes with scored questions, show performance after submission or by email, and run surveys with displayed results. Inventory management, report modules, advanced search filters, admin approval, and auto-delete entries support more structured operational workflows.
Pro also includes user registration, advanced post and custom post type creation, address autocomplete, geo-location provider support, SMS notifications, and double opt-in. More than 60 third-party integrations are listed, with additional connections available through Zapier.
Styling and migration
The Advanced Form Styler provides controls for colors, fonts, box shadows, borders, margins, and padding. Styles can also be imported from previous forms. If you are moving from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Caldera Forms, Ninja Forms, or Gravity Forms, the one-click migrator supports the transition.
Installation
Install Fluent Forms Pro in WordPress and open the drag-and-drop builder. Select a reusable template or create a new form, add the required fields, configure conditional logic or payment settings, adjust the styling, and publish the completed form through the available WordPress form placement options.
