Forms, popups, and newsletters in one workflow
MailOptin Premium and Pro are paid editions of a WordPress popup maker, opt-in form builder, user registration tool, and email newsletter plugin. They help websites collect subscribers, generate leads, promote sales, and keep registered users informed when new content is published.
Create campaigns using an intuitive drag-and-drop builder for opt-in forms and email newsletter templates. Display forms as lightbox or modal popups, before or after posts, in notification bars, as slide-ins or scroll boxes, and in sidebar widgets. You can also create calls to action with targeted messages and buttons that encourage visitors to subscribe or take another defined step.
Target forms where they matter
Page-level targeting lets you display an opt-in or email signup form on specific posts and pages. This is useful when the offer, message, or subscription request relates to the content a visitor is viewing. After conversion, MailOptin can close the form, close it and reload the page, or redirect the visitor to a custom URL.
Paid functionality adds further after-conversion options, including triggering JavaScript code and passing lead data to a redirect URL. Premium also provides reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile protection in addition to the honeypot spam protection used by the plugin. The opt-in forms are described as GDPR-compliant.
Automate new-content emails
MailOptin can turn WordPress publishing activity into email communication. Create automated new post notification newsletters and restrict them to selected post categories or tags. Messages can be sent to all registered users or to users with specific roles immediately after content is published.
The plugin also supports email broadcasts for one-off messages to registered users. Automated newsletters and event-triggered emails can be sent through integrations with email marketing services. Supported services named in the source include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Infusionsoft, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailjet, CleverReach, Zoho Campaigns, MailerLite, Sendy, iContact, Sender, E-goi, Mailercloud, Mailgun, Bento, SendPulse, Elastic Email, and others listed by the plugin.
Connect with memberships, courses, and stores
The Pro version can send messages to audiences connected with MemberPress, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, LifterLMS, Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, and GiveWP. This supports workflows involving members, students, customers, active subscribers, and donors.
For example, a site can notify subscribers about a newly published article, send a broadcast to registered users, or deliver newsletter content to customers and membership audiences. The available audience depends on the connected service and selected edition.
