Expand Facebook engagement across your WordPress site
Like & Share Pro extends the Like & Share plugin with additional Facebook tools for WordPress posts, pages, widgets, and selected post types. It is designed for websites that want to give visitors clear ways to like, recommend, follow, share, and view Facebook content without modifying theme code.
The Pro edition includes the standard button options together with advanced display controls, Facebook Feed support, statistics, preview tools, custom code settings, and multisite configuration. Settings are managed from the plugin interface, while buttons can also be placed in a custom position with a shortcode.
Facebook buttons and display controls
Add Facebook Like, Share, and Follow buttons to suitable areas of your website. You can choose whether the Like action is presented as “like” or “recommend,” select a layout, and place the buttons before content, after content, or in both positions.
- Choose Standard, Box count, Button count, or Button layouts.
- Align buttons left, right, or center.
- Use a standard Follow button image or replace it with a custom image.
- Place buttons in a custom location with a shortcode.
- Disable meta tags when required.
- Display buttons on certain pages or post types.
Pro features for broader content and insight
Like & Share Pro can add Facebook Feed content with Timeline, Events, or Messages tabs. You can also display a widget containing the most liked posts, helping visitors discover content that has received attention on your site.
The statistics list can show the page with Facebook buttons together with Like, Share, and Follow counts. A Facebook preview option helps you review how supported content is presented, while editable meta tag fields cover the image and description.
- Enable the Like option across the entire website or on single pages.
- Add custom code from the plugin settings page.
- Configure all subsites on a WordPress network.
- Detect the current website language for multilingual use.
- Use the plugin in multilingual and right-to-left environments.
Practical workflows
For a blog, place Like and Share buttons around article content and use the most-liked widget to highlight popular posts. A business site can add Follow buttons and Facebook previews to key pages. On a network installation, administrators can configure settings for all subsites from the available Pro controls.
Installation
Install the Like & Share plugin in WordPress, activate the Pro edition, and open its settings area. Select the Facebook buttons and display options you need, configure layouts and alignment, then save the settings. Use the shortcode when a custom position is needed. The plugin also provides step-by-step documentation, videos, and a support channel for questions.
Like & Share Pro gives WordPress administrators a central way to manage Facebook buttons, feeds, previews, statistics, and advanced placement options while keeping the setup focused on configurable plugin settings.
