Connect WordPress data with your marketing tools
FuseWP Premium extends WordPress user synchronization to email marketing platforms, marketing automation services, and CRMs. It is designed for websites that need user and profile updates to flow into contact lists without repeated manual exports. The plugin can subscribe users after registration, synchronize updated profile information, and unsubscribe users when their WordPress accounts are deleted.
Premium capabilities add more control for websites using ecommerce, membership, learning management, community, and form plugins. You can also process existing WordPress users by exporting, bulk-syncing, or batch-processing them as contacts.
Premium controls for subscriptions and contact data
- Double opt-in control: For integrations that support it, enable or disable the confirmation step required before a user is subscribed to an email list, contact list, or audience.
- Custom field mapping: Map WordPress user profile information to custom fields or attributes in the connected email marketing integration.
- Status-based synchronization: Move contacts between lists when membership, subscription, order, enrollment, or other supported statuses change.
Connect forms, stores, memberships, and LMS plugins
FuseWP Premium supports synchronization from a range of WordPress sources. Ecommerce connections include WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions, with rules based on purchased products, product categories, product tags, order status, subscription status, and related customer activity.
Membership integrations include ProfilePress, Paid Memberships Pro, Paid Member Subscriptions, and Restrict Content Pro. Members can be synchronized according to their selected plan or level and current membership status. Learning management integrations include LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, Academy LMS, MasterStudy LMS, Sensei LMS, and FluentCommunity, with synchronization based on courses, groups, spaces, memberships, and enrollment or active status where supported.
Form connections include Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Forminator Forms, Everest Forms, WS Form, and SureForms. Depending on the integration, leads can be sent after registration, form submission, successful payment, or refund.
