Onsite campaigns built around visitor intent
FireBox Pro helps WordPress and WooCommerce sites create popups, bars, forms, and other onsite campaigns. You can use campaigns to collect email addresses, promote offers, recommend products, recover abandoned carts, announce important information, or connect visitors with your business without sending them away from the page.
Campaigns can use WooCommerce data such as cart contents, cart total, purchase history, viewed products, and viewed categories. This allows a store to present different messages to different shoppers, such as an upsell for a full cart, a related product recommendation, or a free shipping message based on the current order value.
Campaign formats and display options
Each campaign can use a presentation format suited to the message and the amount of attention it requires. Available formats include classic lightbox popups, slide-ins, free shipping bars, announcement bars, and other onsite displays described for FireBox. The Pro edition includes scroll-based display options, while smart tags can personalize campaign content with dynamic variables.
- Show email opt-in forms with a discount code, giveaway, or lead magnet.
- Promote WooCommerce upsells, cross-sells, related products, and frequently bought together items.
- Display free shipping progress messages or offers based on spending.
- Remind shoppers about items left in their cart.
- Present coupon offers, limited-stock notices, best sellers, or recently viewed products.
- Announce policy changes, shipping cutoffs, return information, age checks, or cookie notices.
Forms, lead capture, and connections
FireBox includes a Gutenberg Form block for collecting email addresses and synchronizing submissions with a CRM. Forms can send email notifications and include a built-in honeypot anti-spam solution. The source information also lists Cloudflare Turnstile and hCaptcha integrations for helping protect forms against spam.
Supported connections include MailChimp, AcyMailing, Brevo, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce Web-to-Lead, and Zapier. Zapier can connect submissions with other applications. FireBox can also display existing forms from compatible form builders, including Elementor, Gravity Forms, and Contact Form 7.
More ways to engage visitors
Beyond sales and email campaigns, you can create contact form popups, feedback requests, meeting booking flows, quizzes, surveys, phone-number collection forms, support offers, and custom quote requests. Campaigns can also include social network promotion, external-link notifications, WordPress login popups, maps, and content restrictions. Shortcodes and smart tags help place dynamic or existing content inside campaigns.
Measure campaign revenue
The Revenue Attribution feature connects campaigns with sales and tracks View-Through Revenue and Conversion-Through Revenue for WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. This provides a way to review which campaigns are associated with revenue rather than only measuring views.
Installation and workflow
Install FireBox in WordPress, activate it, and create a campaign from the available formats. Choose the message, add a form or offer where needed, select display conditions, and connect any relevant WooCommerce or email-service integration. Preview the campaign, test its triggers and submission flow, then publish it on the selected pages.
