Flexible gift cards for WooCommerce stores
Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce Pro provides a complete workflow for creating, selling, delivering, redeeming, recharging, and managing gift cards. It is designed for businesses that want to offer digital and physical gift certificates through an online store, retail location, or both.
Customers can purchase a gift card and send it directly to a recipient by email, or use the downloadable option to receive the card and share it themselves. Recipients can redeem their gift coupons for products or services in the store. The gifting portal also supports redemption, recharge, and gift coupon detail management for online and offline operations.
Create more flexible gift card products
The Pro edition supports several pricing approaches for gift cards. Depending on the product or service, you can use a default price, price range, selected price, user-entered price, or variable gift certificate pricing. You can also create duration-based gift cards for time-based services such as grooming or décor by defining durations and corresponding prices.
Gift cards can be presented with personalized designs and festive certificate templates. Additional options include scheduled delivery, gift card discounts, group gifting, QR codes, and barcodes. These tools make it possible to shape the gifting experience around occasions, services, and store processes.
Controls for redemption and validity
- Set minimum and maximum spending amounts required to redeem a gift card.
- Define an expiry date from the purchase date or the scheduled delivery date.
- Set maximum daily redemption limits per user.
- Allow customers to check a gift card balance using the recipient address and coupon code.
- Scan, redeem, recharge, and manage card types through the gifting portal.
- Use QR code and barcode options for convenient card handling.
These controls help stores manage how gift vouchers are used while giving customers visibility into their remaining balance and card status.
Manage cards across store channels
The gifting portal can be used for online and retail stores, with employees added for portal management. Pro provides unlimited access to the portal workflow described in the source information, including employee additions and daily transactions. Gift card details can also be exported as a CSV file, and gift card data can be imported for administration.
The plugin includes automated tax calculation and can display gift card products on the shop and card pages. It also supports country-based pricing through the Price Based On Country for WooCommerce plugin, including manually set prices or automatically applied exchange rates.
Supported integrations
Compatibility is available with Smart Coupons for WooCommerce, Membership for WooCommerce, PayPal Payments, Wallet System for WooCommerce, Return Refund & Exchange for WooCommerce, WooCommerce HPOS, Subscriptions for WooCommerce Pro, and Points and Rewards for WooCommerce.
