Branded WooCommerce emails without code
EmailKit Pro is the paid version of EmailKit, a WordPress and WooCommerce email customizer for creating more distinctive transactional messages. It gives store owners a visual way to design email templates around their brand identity instead of relying only on generic default WooCommerce layouts.
The plugin uses a drag-and-drop dashboard where elements can be added, removed, and rearranged. This makes it practical to build an email from a blank layout or adapt a pre-built template. Templates can be customized and saved for later use, helping maintain a consistent communication style as the store grows.
Design order and customer messages
EmailKit supports custom templates for important WooCommerce events and customer actions. Use it to create messages for new orders, orders in progress, canceled orders, returned products, product stock updates, and customer invoices. The available WooCommerce-focused elements can present order information in a clear, branded format.
- Shipping Address and Billing Address elements.
- Order Item and Back Order elements.
- Customer Note content.
- Account Registration and Password Reset elements.
- Buttons, social icons, images, text, and video.
This structure is useful for online stores that want order communication to feel connected to the storefront. Headers, content areas, calls to action, order details, and footers can be arranged within the same visual editing workflow.
Control the visual details
EmailKit provides design controls for the full template, from header to footer. Adjust text, button styling, colors, fonts, margins, padding, and layout elements to create a presentation that fits the store. Containers, columns, and dividers help organize content, while spacers provide control over breathing room between sections.
The builder includes more than 25 email elements. Alongside WooCommerce-specific components, it offers general building blocks such as Heading, Text, Image, Container, Column, Spacer, Divider, Button, Video, and social icons. These elements can be combined to create promotional-looking layouts while still supporting transactional content.
Start from a template or build your own
Pre-made EmailKit templates provide a starting point for common email designs. Every content area of a pre-made template can be edited, allowing you to replace text, change images, adjust buttons, and modify the arrangement. Starting with an existing design can shorten the setup process, while a blank layout offers more control over the final structure.
When a design is complete, save the customized WooCommerce email template for later use. Reusable templates can support a more consistent customer experience across different order and account messages.
Installation and workflow
Install WordPress and WooCommerce first, because WooCommerce is required for EmailKit. Install EmailKit, open its email customization area, and choose a pre-built template or begin with a new design. Drag elements into place, edit their content and styling, then save the finished template for later use.
EmailKit Pro is intended for WooCommerce users who need extended email customization features and a practical visual workflow for creating branded transactional communication.
