Easy Appointments Pro adds advanced booking tools to the Easy Appointments WordPress system. It is intended for businesses that accept appointments, reservations, or scheduled services and need additional connections, notifications, payment choices, or resource scheduling.
The system can be used by salons, spas, clinics, medical practices, law firms, consultants, gyms, tutors, tradespeople, photography studios, event venues, and other service-based organizations. Customers book online while the business manages availability, staff, services, locations, and appointment details.
Calendar synchronization
Google Calendar synchronization provides two-way syncing, helping teams keep booking information aligned with their Google calendars. Pro also includes iCalendar feeds for connecting appointment information with Apple Calendar, Outlook, and other applications that support the .ics format.
These options are useful when appointments need to be viewed alongside other scheduled commitments. They can also help teams coordinate calendars across different tools while continuing to manage bookings through the WordPress site.
Notifications and reminders
Easy Appointments Pro adds SMS and WhatsApp notifications through Twilio. These messages can be used for automated reminders and booking communication, helping businesses keep customers informed before scheduled appointments.
The booking system also supports email notifications for customers, administrators, and employees. Email templates can be customized with content and subjects, and messages can be configured for appointment statuses such as pending, reserved, canceled, and confirmed. Customers can confirm or cancel through links included in email messages.
Payments and conversational booking
Online payment features let businesses collect deposits or full payments during booking. Supported payment routes include Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce. This can be useful for services that require payment before an appointment or want to collect part of the fee in advance.

Installation
Install Easy Appointments in WordPress, then add the Pro extension and configure its available integrations from the plugin settings.
