Build more capable Elementor forms
Cool FormKit Premium is an advanced form extension for Elementor. It provides a form widget for Elementor Free and extends the default Elementor Pro form widget with additional fields and smart features. It also extends the Hello Plus form widget with the same advanced options.
The plugin is designed for more than basic contact forms. Using a drag-and-drop form builder and no coding required, you can create contact, registration, booking, feedback, survey, calculator, and other forms directly in Elementor.
Advanced input fields
Premium adds interactive and specialized controls for collecting information in different formats. A range slider can capture numeric values visually, while a signature field provides a responsive pad for electronic signatures. A rating field can collect star ratings and feedback.
Select2 fields enhance dropdowns with search, AJAX, and multi-select options. Toggle fields provide on/off-style selections, and image radio fields let visitors choose from image-based options. Checkbox and radio styles are also available for presenting these controls with modern styling.

Conditional and formatted form experiences
Conditional fields can show or hide inputs dynamically according to other field values. This helps keep forms focused by displaying relevant questions as visitors complete earlier fields. Form input masks can guide properly formatted entries such as dates, phone numbers, and credit cards.
The Country Code Field adds an international country code dropdown with flags inside the telephone field. The Country and State Field provides a combined country and state selector. These controls are useful for forms that collect contact, address, or regional information.
Calculators and follow-up workflows
Calculator Forms can create instant estimates and quotes inside Elementor. Supported examples include BMI, EMI, and interest calculators. These forms can be used when visitors need an immediate calculation before contacting a business or submitting a request.
The underlying form tools also support saved form entries in the WordPress dashboard for records management. A WhatsApp Redirect Form can send users to WhatsApp after submission, supporting immediate lead follow-up.
Security and spam controls
Cool FormKit Premium includes Cloudflare Turnstile and hCaptcha options for form verification and anti-spam security. Spam Protection can block submissions containing restricted or spam words in form fields.
Installation and setup
After adding Cool FormKit to a WordPress site, open an Elementor page and choose the form workflow you want to build. Use the Cool FormKit widget with Elementor Free, or extend the Elementor Pro or Hello Plus form widget when those form tools are in use. Add fields, configure conditional behavior, apply input controls, and publish the form through Elementor.
