WooCommerce Invoices and Order Documents
Challan Pro is a paid edition of the Challan PDF invoice plugin for WooCommerce. It helps stores generate PDF invoices, attach them to selected WooCommerce order emails, and manage related documents from one dashboard. In addition to invoices, the plugin supports packing slips, shipping labels, and delivery notes for order processing and fulfillment.
Invoices can include order details, billing and shipping addresses, product names, quantities, SKUs, tax breakdowns, discounts, coupon information, payment method, payment status, and custom invoice notes. They can be generated automatically when orders are placed or when order statuses change, or created manually from the WooCommerce orders page.
Premium Invoice Customization
Challan Pro includes more than 10 premium invoice templates and visual customization options. Add a company logo, business name, address, header text, and footer text, then choose from supported paper sizes including A4, A5, Letter, and A3. Custom CSS provides an additional way to adjust invoice presentation, while RTL support is available for Arabic, Hebrew, and Persian.
The Pro edition supports custom fields, order metadata, product attributes, and custom checkout fields on invoices. This gives stores more control over the information shown on documents and can help align invoice content with the data collected during checkout.
Packing Slips, Labels, and Bulk Files
Create packing slips with product names, quantities, SKU and weight information, and custom packing instructions. Prices can be hidden for dropshipping workflows, and multiple packing slips can be printed in bulk.
Shipping labels and delivery notes can include delivery addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Labels support multiple formats and can be downloaded in bulk by date range. Pro adds barcode and QR code support. For larger order sets, use the bulk download tools to filter by date range or order status, download invoices as a ZIP file, or merge them into one PDF document.
Languages and Tax Features
Challan supports invoice generation in multiple languages with font rendering for Bengali, Arabic, Hindi, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and more. For stores using WPML, Polylang, or Weglot, Pro can generate an invoice in the customer’s order language.
For regional invoicing workflows, Challan Pro supports GST invoice generation with GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and CGST, SGST, and IGST breakdowns. It is also compatible with ZATCA requirements and supports QR code generation and required fields for Saudi Arabian e-invoicing.
Installation and Use
Install WooCommerce and the Challan plugin in WordPress, then add Challan Pro. Configure seller information, invoice templates, document settings, and email attachments from the Challan dashboard. After setup, invoices and other documents can be generated automatically or managed from WooCommerce orders and the bulk download area.
