Manage registration from one WordPress workspace
RegistrationMagic Premium is a WordPress registration and user management solution for building forms, publishing registration and login pages, collecting submissions, and connecting registration activity with user accounts. It brings form creation, submission management, payments, user roles, and registration data analysis into one administration workflow.
The form builder uses drag-and-drop controls and predefined fields. A ready-to-use registration form library can help you start with an existing structure, while custom forms support different registration processes for different audiences or purposes.
Forms, payments, and front-end access
RegistrationMagic can be used to create standard registration forms, paid user registration forms, and payment forms. The front-end registration area allows users to log in, reset passwords, review payment transaction history, and download their form submissions.
Incoming submissions and related activities are tracked in the administration area. Individual form dashboards provide a place to review activity and assess possible form changes. Attachments can be accepted as single or multiple files, then viewed or downloaded from the dashboard. Advanced filters help narrow submissions for a particular form within a selected time period.
User management and roles
The integrated User Manager connects registration and payment activity with individual WordPress user accounts. User pages can display registration submissions in a table, while administrators can suspend or reactivate users as needed.
You can create user roles and connect them with registration and login systems. The built-in manager also supports paid user roles. Registration fields can be mapped to WordPress user-meta keys, or new user-meta fields can be created from the registration form dashboard.
Premium workflow options
Premium adds tools for managing how forms are used and how registrations connect with other site functions. A global override is available for the device-based form submission limit, allowing administrators to manage that setting from individual form settings as well as global security controls.
RegistrationMagic Premium also supports IP filters and two-factor authentication. For communication workflows, it integrates with MailPoet and Newsletter so users can be subscribed to a newsletter list during registration.
WooCommerce integration lets you use a RegistrationMagic form as the default user registration form for shop registration and guest checkout. When MagicPopup is enabled, the cart can be displayed in one of its panels, with cart contents updated in real time.
