Bring customer reviews into your website
Reviews Feed Pro, Reviews Feed Plus, and Reviews Feed Elite help WordPress websites display customer reviews and testimonials from external review services. The paid range supports feeds from Google and Yelp, with additional sources including Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, WordPress.org, and Facebook.
Displaying real customer feedback gives visitors useful information while they consider your business. You can place reviews in a single combined feed or create separate feeds for different sources and businesses. Multiple feeds can appear on the same page or across different pages throughout your site.
Flexible review feeds
Create a feed by selecting the Reviews Feed menu in the WordPress dashboard, choosing a review source, and configuring its appearance. The feed can be displayed anywhere on your site using a shortcode. The paid feature set also supports custom collections, allowing you to select specific reviews and display them where they are most relevant.
Feeds can be tailored to match your site or stand out visually. Available display controls include width, height, review count, columns, text size, background color, and review spacing. You can choose from several preconfigured templates and use a carousel slider for a more dynamic presentation.
Filtering, moderation, and review details
- Filter reviews by star rating, keyword, or phrase.
- Use visual moderation to select the reviews shown in a feed.
- Block reviews from specific users.
- Highlight a specific Google or Yelp review.
- Add reviews manually to feeds.
- Show reviewer names, dates, star ratings, and avatar images.
- Display Yelp review images in a large popup lightbox.
- Choose chronological or reverse chronological order.
Visitors can expand review text to read the full content. A customizable header can show the overall star rating for a Google or Yelp listing and include a button prompting visitors to leave a review. These options help organize feedback while making review actions easy to find.
Sources, languages, and submissions
The plugin can display Google reviews in supported translated languages or show them without translation. WPML integration allows translated Google reviews to appear in the chosen site language. The paid feature set also supports collecting and displaying user-submitted reviews through integration with WPForms and Formidable Forms.
With your own API keys, reviews can be collected and updated automatically. The paid version allows up to 50 initial reviews from Google and Yelp and provides weekly automatic updates from multiple sources without needing to add an API key. The source also describes automatic daily updates when API keys are entered.
Installation and setup
Install the plugin, then open the Reviews Feed menu in the WordPress dashboard. Create a feed, select its review source, customize the layout and content controls, and use the generated shortcode to place the feed on a page or in another suitable location on your site. Create additional feeds when different sources, businesses, or review collections need separate presentations.
