Design WooCommerce emails visually
YayMail Pro and YayMail Premium Addons provide paid options for customizing WooCommerce email templates without relying on theme-code changes. The visual editor uses a drag-and-drop workflow, so store administrators can arrange email content as blocks and adjust layouts in a way that is similar to the Gutenberg editor or Elementor page builder.
You can edit the content and design of the email header, body, footer, signature, social follow module, and other sections. Brand controls include a custom logo, brand colours, typography settings, social icons, images, and other media content. Premade patterns and blocks can help you begin a layout, while individual elements can be duplicated with one click.
Preview real email content
The editor provides real-time visual editing with an instant preview. You can review layouts in desktop and mobile views, and use the built-in WooCommerce previewer to examine a mockup order email. You can also select an existing order and check the email using its actual data.
One-click test sending gives you another way to review an email before using the design. Templates can also be imported and exported quickly, which is useful when moving or reusing email layouts.
Personalize messages with data
YayMail supports shortcodes and placeholders for order details, customer details, billing information, shipping information, payment information, new-user information, and additional order metadata. This allows email layouts to contain information that relates to the individual order or recipient.
YayMail Pro supports additional plugin-related data, including hooks, tables, custom fields, attributes, email meta fields, and other variables in outgoing transactional emails. Use conditional email content
Conditional Logic is identified as a Premium-only capability. It lets you add extra email blocks according to conditions, including related products, recommended products, customer loyalty rewards for specific buyers, and custom email content per product.
YayMail Premium Addons extends the visual email designer for more than 80 third-party WooCommerce plugins according to the supplied product information. The addons are separate plugins and are used alongside YayMail.
Installation and setup
Add YayMail Pro to your WooCommerce site, then open the YayMail editor and choose the email template you want to customize. Build the layout with drag-and-drop elements, add branding and shortcodes, preview it with sample or existing order data, and send a test email. To replace an old WooCommerce email design, enable the relevant template in YayMail’s dropdown list, such as the Completed order email template.
When using Premium Addons, add the required addon alongside YayMail and configure the supported integration or conditions needed for the email content.
