Create important legal pages more easily
Legal Pages Pro is a WordPress plugin for creating and displaying a broad range of website policies and legal information. It provides ready-made templates that can be inserted into pages, edited in the WordPress editor, and adapted to the needs of a website or service. The workflow is designed for site owners who want to prepare legal content without coding experience.
The plugin can use personal and site information from the general settings when generating legal pages. This helps reduce repetitive editing while still allowing you to review and customize the resulting content. You can also add a new page template or create custom policy templates for requirements that are not covered by the supplied options.
Pro template collection
The Pro version includes 29 legal page templates. Available templates include Privacy Policy, EU Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Goods Refund Policy, Linking Policy, External Links Policy, Cookie Privacy Policy, Facebook Policy, COPPA – Children’s Online Privacy Policy, Advertising Disclosures, Confidentiality Disclosure, Testimonials Disclosure, Affiliate Disclosure, Disclaimer, Earnings Disclaimer, Medical Disclaimer, Terms of Use, Forced Agreement to the Terms, Affiliate Agreement, Amazon Affiliate, DMCA, Antispam, Double Dart Cookie, About Us, California Privacy Rights, End-user License Agreement, GDPR Cookie Policy, GDPR Privacy Policy, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Templates can be inserted into a new page with a single click and then adjusted as needed. More than 15 shortcodes are available for use within templates, giving you additional ways to place dynamic or reusable content.
Cookie notices and legal popups
Legal Pages Pro can display an EU-cookie agreement notice and lets you decide how visitors see the cookie agreement. A cookie notice can appear as a bar in a chosen position on the page or as a popup. The plugin includes five cookie bar layouts for presenting the notice in different ways.
You can also create popups containing legal messages and display them on any page using a shortcode. Popups may be created from legal page templates, and the plugin supports creating unlimited popups. This makes it possible to present terms, notices, or other legal information where visitors need to see it.
Content access controls
The plugin can lock down content, pages, or posts and allow visitors to view selected material after accepting terms and conditions. This can be useful when access to specific content depends on acknowledging a notice or agreement.

- Select a suitable legal page template and insert it into a new WordPress page.
- Review and customize the template with the WordPress editor.
