Survey Maker Pro is a paid edition of Survey Maker by AYS for creating surveys, questionnaires, and survey forms directly on a WordPress website. The built-in survey builder supports surveys with unlimited questions, sections, and surveys. Questions and sections can be arranged across multiple pages by dragging them into position. You can customize the design and settings, then publish a survey on a post or page with a shortcode. Popup surveys are also available for presenting a survey in a different format.
Advanced Questions and Survey Logic
The Pro edition adds advanced question types such as NPS, Matrix, Ranking, Slider, Password, Hidden, HTML, Phone, and List. It also includes Name and Email fields, along with other listed question options.
