Full-screen backgrounds with more control
Simple Full Screen Background Image Pro extends the background image workflow for WordPress websites. It is designed for site owners who want an image to fill the screen and adapt as the browser is resized, while providing more ways to manage backgrounds across a site.
The Pro edition supports unlimited background images, allowing you to work with a larger collection of visual backgrounds instead of being limited to a single image. This can be useful when different areas of a website need their own visual treatment or when you want to manage multiple background choices from the WordPress administration area.
Backgrounds for individual content
With post- and page-specific background images, you can assign backgrounds to particular pieces of content. This provides a practical way to give selected posts or pages their own appearance while keeping other areas of the website unchanged.
For example, a page can use an image that suits its subject, while a separate post can display a different background. The feature is intended for content-level background control, making it possible to organize visual presentation around individual posts and pages rather than applying one image everywhere.
Multiple images and fade transitions
The Pro version also supports multiple images with fade transitions on pages. Instead of displaying only one background image, you can use a sequence of images with a fading change between them. This creates a more dynamic background presentation while retaining the full-screen format.
Multiple-image backgrounds can be used on pages where a changing visual backdrop is appropriate. The fade transition provides a gradual change between images rather than an abrupt switch, giving the page a moving background treatment based on the images you select.
Preview and save workflow
Background setup takes place through the WordPress administration area. After activation, open Appearance > Fullscreen BG Image. Select Choose Image, then upload an image from your computer or choose one from the media library.
After choosing an image, select the size you want to insert and click Insert Into Post. A preview appears below the selection area, allowing you to review the chosen image before applying it. When the setup is ready, click Save Options and view the site to see the background applied.
Installation
Install and activate the Pro edition in WordPress, then use the Fullscreen BG Image settings under the Appearance menu. Choose images from your computer or media library, configure the available background options, preview the result, and save the settings.
Simple Full Screen Background Image Pro brings together full-screen image scaling, unlimited background images, content-specific assignments, and fading image sequences in one background management workflow.
