Video Player Block Pro extends the Video Player Block for websites that need more than a standard video embed. It works inside the Gutenberg editor and supports advanced player engines, streaming formats, external video sources, and a collection of dedicated video blocks. Streaming and external sources

These options allow video content to be connected from the listed storage and content delivery services instead of relying only on files added through the WordPress media library.
Practical workflow
Add the Video Player block in Gutenberg, choose the video source and player presentation, then adjust the available controls and behavior. For multiple videos, select a gallery or playlist layout. Use a lightbox when the page should begin with a trigger rather than an immediately loaded player, or use the Reels block for a vertical, swipe-based feed.
The plugin also provides a shortcode generator, so players can be generated and inserted in locations that support shortcodes. Multiple video players can be added throughout a website without a stated limit.
Installation and use
Install and activate the Video Player Block plugin, then open the Gutenberg editor on the page, post, or template where the video should appear.
