FormyChat Premium connects WordPress contact forms with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. It sends submitted form information to a chosen WhatsApp number, helping site owners collect and access enquiries through a familiar messaging workflow. Submissions can also be saved as leads inside the WordPress dashboard, creating a central record of customer details and interactions.
The plugin supports automatic redirection to WhatsApp Web for desktop visitors and WhatsApp Mobile for smartphone users. It can work with a native FormyChat form or with supported form plugins, including Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, and Fluent Forms. Existing forms can be embedded so their submissions are sent through WhatsApp.
Detailed customization options
The Premium edition is designed for sites that need more control over the appearance and behavior of their WhatsApp contact experience. Customize form information such as the header text and submit button text, adjust the form size and dimensions, and tailor the overall presentation to fit the surrounding page.
The floating widget can use a custom icon and adjustable size. Its position can be set with top, bottom, left, or right coordinates. You can also change the call-to-action bubble text, color, and background. Premium font choices and layout controls provide additional ways to align the widget with a website’s visual style.
Greetings popups
Use premium popup templates to welcome visitors before they submit a message. The heading and message sizes can be adjusted, and premium fonts can be selected for a more personalized presentation. The popup’s on-click action can be configured to open the form or redirect the visitor to WhatsApp.
Lead management and notifications
FormyChat Premium provides a centralized leads area for reviewing submitted messages and form data. Records may include the submission date, name, email address, contact number, and message details. Additional metadata, such as the form type or widget name, can also be accessed.
Use filtering, sorting, and search tools to review records by date range, form name, or keyword. Collected leads can be exported as CSV files for offline storage or reporting. FluentCRM integration allows leads to be synchronized with a CRM system for follow-up and segmentation. Email notifications can be sent alongside WhatsApp messages, giving you another way to receive contact submissions.
International visitors can select their country code before entering a phone number, supporting more accurate contact collection across different regions.
Installation and setup
After adding FormyChat to a WordPress site, configure the WhatsApp number and choose whether to use the native form, a floating widget, or an existing supported form integration. Customize the widget, popup, and form settings, then place an embedded form on a page or post where needed.
