Build forms with a visual workflow
FormLayer Premium is a WordPress form builder for creating forms through an intuitive drag-and-drop experience. It supports straightforward contact forms as well as complex multi-step applications, allowing administrators to assemble layouts without treating every form as a separate development task.
The builder includes an administrative interface, real-time live previews, and a design system intended to make form creation clear and practical. Preview forms on desktop, tablet, and mobile views while you work, then publish responsive forms that are optimized for different device sizes.

Connections and spam protection

For spam protection, FormLayer supports hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Google reCAPTCHA. Cloudflare Turnstile provides invisible bot defense, while Google reCAPTCHA is available in the premium version. hCaptcha is integrated for spam protection in the free version.
Useful WordPress form workflows
Use FormLayer Premium to create contact forms, application forms, registration forms, feedback forms, and other structured submission workflows. A simple form can use the drag-and-drop builder, a professional template, and responsive styling. More involved projects can combine advanced fields, multi-column layouts, file uploads, and multi-step structure.
After visitors submit a form, administrators can review entries in the WordPress dashboard and export them to CSV. Integrations can extend the workflow by connecting submissions with services such as Mailchimp, Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello.
Creating a form
Begin in the FormLayer administration interface and choose whether to start from a professional template or build a layout with drag and drop. Add the required standard or advanced fields, arrange them into one or more columns, and use the live preview to check desktop, tablet, and mobile presentations.
Next, configure colors, fonts, and spacing with the custom styling controls. Select the available spam protection option for the form, review the layout, and use the form where needed on the WordPress site. Submission management remains available from the entries dashboard, including CSV export.
Installation
Install FormLayer Premium on the WordPress site, open its administration interface, and start a new form. Choose a professional template or use the drag-and-drop builder, then configure fields, styling, spam protection, and any required integrations before placing the completed form on the site.
