Organize WordPress content with folders
FileBird Pro is a WordPress folder organization tool for managing media and other content from a familiar, visual interface. It creates virtual folders, so moving files between folders does not break the permalinks used for images in page or post content. This makes it practical for websites with growing media libraries, multiple content types, or several people working in the WordPress dashboard.
Use drag and drop to upload files into a chosen folder, move files in bulk, and arrange folders or subfolders. The collapsible sidebar keeps the folder structure available while you work, while the context menu provides quick actions for creating subfolders, renaming folders, assigning colors, cutting, pasting, and deleting.
Premium organization features
FileBird Pro extends folder management beyond the media library. You can organize WordPress posts and pages with multi-level folders, as well as WooCommerce products, coupons, and other custom post types. This provides a consistent way to structure content throughout the administration area.

Search, migration, and integrations
Search for file and folder names in the media library and while browsing images through the page or post editor. You can also sort by file size to help identify older or larger files when cleaning up a library.
FileBird Pro supports importing and synchronizing folder structures from Enhanced Media Library, WP Media Folder by JoomUnited, WordPress Media Library Folders by Max Foundry, Real Media Library, and HappyFiles. Its export function can save the complete WordPress media folder structure for migration to another site or for backup purposes.
User-based folder view lets administrators and other users create personal categories or directories without changing another user’s folder structure. Installation
Install FileBird Pro in WordPress, activate it, and open the WordPress media management area. Create folders or subfolders, then use drag and drop to organize existing uploads or select a destination folder when uploading new files. The plugin also provides migration and folder-export tools when you need to bring in or preserve an existing structure.
