Build custom event sections in Elementor
Events Widgets Pro is an Elementor extension for displaying events published through The Events Calendar. It helps you create event pages, homepage highlights, conference websites, meetup listings, and community event portals without writing code. Using Elementor’s drag-and-drop builder, you can place event displays inside your pages and adjust their presentation to suit your website.
The widget can show event dates, times, venues, organizers, and event ticket booking details. You can also control event meta information, date formatting, colors, typography, spacing, borders, and layout settings from the Elementor widget panel.

Use advanced List, Grid, and Carousel layouts to present events in different ways. Grid layouts arrange events as card-based sections for homepage highlights, event galleries, and upcoming event areas. Events Widgets Pro also supports calendar-style event browsing. A calendar layout helps visitors explore events by date, while list displays can provide a more direct overview of upcoming activities. Layout styles include modern, minimal, and classic options for list, grid, and carousel presentations.
Custom templates with the Events Loop Builder
The advanced Events Loop Builder for Elementor lets you create custom event listing templates. With the Events Loop Item feature, design an event layout once and reuse it across List, Grid, or Carousel displays. This supports personalized event cards, custom archive views, and consistent event presentation across multiple sections of a website.
Search and display controls
Add a smart search and filter bar above an event section so visitors can search or narrow results by category, date, venue, organizer, or tag. Additional display settings let you show future events, past events, or both. You can display all categories or selected categories from The Events Calendar and sort results in ascending or descending order according to event start date.
Date range filtering can focus a section on a particular period, such as a weekly or monthly schedule. Venue details can be shown or hidden depending on whether the design should be more compact or information-rich. Event schema markup can also be enabled to help search engines understand event details.
Practical workflow
- Place the Events widget within an Elementor page.

Installation
Install the Events Widgets Pro extension in a WordPress website that uses Elementor and The Events Calendar. After activation, add the events widget through Elementor, configure its layout and display settings, and publish the page containing the event section.
