Keep a detailed record of WordPress email activity
Email Log Pro is a WordPress email logging and management solution for sites that need to review messages sent from WordPress. Logged emails are stored in a separate table and can be viewed from the WordPress admin interface. Find and review logged messages
From the admin interface, you can filter or sort logged emails by details such as date, email address, and subject. PRO adds more fields to the email log page, including From, CC, BCC, Reply To, Attachment, and Forward email information. These fields provide additional context when you are reviewing a message or investigating how it was sent.
Logs can be deleted in bulk or selectively according to date, email, or subject. With the PRO edition, you can also configure automatic deletion of email logs after a chosen number of days. This supports a more managed logging process when older records are no longer needed.
Resend, forward, and export emails
Email Log Pro lets you resend an email directly from the email log. Before resending, you can modify the different fields of the message. This can be useful when a message needs to be sent again after reviewing its content or recipient details.
The forwarding feature sends a copy of all emails sent from WordPress to another email address. You can choose whether the forwarding address is used through the To, CC, or BCC fields. This creates a practical way to send copies for debugging and email analysis.
For record keeping or further processing, PRO can export email logs as a CSV file. The exported data can then be used outside the WordPress admin interface for the workflows supported by your own team.
Monitor deliverability
The PRO version can automatically monitor email deliverability. Alongside logging and message review, this gives administrators a way to keep attention on whether WordPress email activity is being delivered as expected.
Practical workflow
After emails are sent from WordPress, review them in the admin log, filter by date, address, or subject, and open individual records for additional message information. Resend a message after editing its fields, forward copies for debugging, or export the logs as CSV for record keeping. Use automatic deletion when you want old entries removed after a set number of days.
