Blacklist Manager Premium
Blacklist Manager Premium extends the local protection tools in Blacklist Manager for WooCommerce stores dealing with recurring abuse, suspicious orders, spam registrations, and unwanted submissions. It is intended for teams that need automated decisions, deeper investigation, and additional signals beyond manually maintained blacklist entries.
The underlying plugin supports local rules for email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and email domains. These rules can be used at WooCommerce checkout, registration, comments, product reviews, supported forms, and WooCommerce REST API order creation. Premium adds further controls for stores that need to identify patterns across orders, customers, devices, payments, and other risk indicators.
Automated protection and risk analysis
- Risk scoring: Evaluate blacklist, identity, IP, address, payment, device, and order-pattern signals.
- Automation rules: Automatically mark orders as suspected, blocked, or requiring review.
- Advanced blocking: Use customer name, address, device, disposable email, disposable phone, country, VPN, and proxy signals.
- Device identity checks: Link repeat activity across emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, addresses, and accounts.
These tools are suited to workflows where individual fields change between attempts but broader activity patterns remain relevant. Administrators can use automated actions to reduce repetitive review while retaining suspect and review-oriented processes for cases that require attention.
Payment and verification features
Premium adds payment intelligence for Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Braintree, WooPayments, AVS, card country, and payer mismatch signals. These payment-related checks can be considered alongside other order information when configuring fraud-prevention workflows.
The extension also adds phone OTP runtime and SMS transport through Twilio and TextMagic. Checkout email verification remains owned by the Core plugin, while phone verification and these SMS transports belong to Premium. This separation allows stores to use the built-in email verification process together with Premium phone-based checks where required.
Administration and integrations
For operational work, Premium includes activity logs, import and export tools, cleanup tools, permissions, and multi-store synchronization. Additional integrations and utilities include CAPTCHA, IP intelligence, geocoding, and email validation. These features help teams review decisions, manage stored data, and coordinate protection settings across store operations.
Blacklist Manager works with WooCommerce Classic Checkout, WooCommerce Checkout Blocks, and many third-party checkout plugins that use standard WooCommerce checkout and order-creation flows. Supported form integrations include Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and WPForms. The optional Global Blacklist Decisions service is separate from Premium and is not required for local protection or for using the Premium extension.
Installation and setup
Install Blacklist Manager and its Premium extension in WordPress, then configure the protection rules and workflows from the plugin’s administration areas. Review the available risk signals, automation actions, payment checks, device settings, verification options, and integrations before enabling them for live orders.
Use suspect and blocklist workflows to review identities and confirmed abuse. Configure customer-facing notices and administrator alerts, then use activity history and dashboard information to monitor decisions. Premium is an extension for stores that need automated risk actions, payment or device intelligence, phone OTP, detailed activity history, multi-store tools, or advanced integrations.
