Run accommodation bookings from WordPress
Vik Booking Pro extends the VikBooking Hotel Booking Engine and PMS for WordPress. It is designed for hotels, bed and breakfasts, villas, apartments, hostels, and similar accommodation businesses that need an internal reservation system. The product combines booking management with property management tools inside the WordPress administration area, while providing a customizable, self-hosted booking process for visitors.
The system supports rooms, room types, listings, and sub-units, along with availability and pricing calendars and an occupancy overview. Custom rate plans can cover refundable, flexible, and non-refundable conditions. The booking process supports occupancy, nightly, length-of-stay, and other pricing models. The front end includes 12 views available through 12 shortcode types for WordPress pages.
Pro features for rates and reservations
Seasonal rates and a rates calendar provide a way to manage pricing with one-click modifications. Booking restrictions include minimum and maximum length of stay, closed to arrival, closed to departure, and forced arrival or departure weekdays. The system also includes options for extra services and extra fees.
Vik Booking Pro provides booking management functions for day-to-day operations. Users can add, remove, or switch rooms from existing bookings, manage customers, and work with sales channels and commissions. Housekeeping features include tableaux, festivities, and room-day notes. Guest registration and reporting functions cover check-in, check-out, and no-show records.
Payments, notifications, and reporting
More than 60 custom payment gateways are available through VikWP.com. SMS gateways can be used for automated notifications, while custom cron job scheduling supports automated tasks such as reminders and invoices. The Pro edition also includes graphs and statistics for reviewing booking activity.
PMS reports use an extendable framework with built-in services for various countries. The electronic invoicing framework includes compliance support for Italy through Agenzia delle Entrate and Greece through myDATA AADE. These tools can help accommodation teams organize operational records alongside reservations.
Connections and administration
The Pro version is compatible with Vik Channel Manager, with full API connections described for Airbnb, Expedia, and Google Hotel Free Booking Links. It is also described as Google Hotel Ads certified for Free Booking Links. WhatsApp Business messaging integration with AI support is available when the Channel Manager is required. Permissions and ACL management help control functions for different WordPress user roles.
Built-in translation functions support multilingual administration and booking workflows. The back end provides a feature-rich PMS section, while the front end remains customizable for the accommodation website.
