Tablesome Pro for WordPress tables and workflows
Tablesome Pro brings table creation, contact form databases, frontend data management, and automation together in one WordPress plugin. It can save submissions from supported form tools into tables, display structured information on pages and posts, and help connect form activity with other services.
The Pro edition is designed for sites that need more than a basic table display. It adds frontend editing, expanded workflow capabilities, data filtering, user-specific views, post and product table options, and additional actions for handling form submissions and table records.
Manage form entries and table data
Use Tablesome Pro to save entries from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Forminator, Elementor Contact Forms, Fluent Forms, and Gravity Forms to a WordPress database or table view. Form entries can be displayed on the frontend, edited through a frontend table editor, and used as the starting point for further actions.
Frontend access can be controlled with email columns, allowing table visibility and editing access to be restricted according to email addresses. You can also show users only their own data, which is useful for personalized dashboards, submission tracking, and managing information that should not be visible to every visitor.
Build responsive tables
Create tables with searchable, filterable, and sortable data, pagination, fixed columns, adjustable minimum and maximum column widths, and responsive display modes. Tables can use text, numbers, rich text, images, dates and times, URLs, email fields, and other supported formats. Mobile layouts can use horizontal scrolling or stacked table displays.
Import tables and entries from CSV or XLSX files, and export table data from the backend, frontend, or a filtered view. Pro capabilities also include duplicate tables, duplicate records, drag-and-drop row reordering, date value filters, clickable checkbox columns, PDF generation through an action, and display of WordPress posts, pages, custom post types, and WooCommerce products in tables.
Automate actions after submissions
Tablesome Pro supports unlimited triggers and actions for workflows. Actions include saving individual form entries as CSV files, adding WordPress form leads as HubSpot contacts, sending Slack notifications when a form is submitted, filtering data before it appears on the frontend, registering users, submitting posts from the frontend, and redirecting visitors to custom post types or external URLs.
You can also connect WordPress forms with Mailchimp and Notion, create call-to-action buttons, add sponsored tags to URLs and buttons, and use frontend registration or post-submission forms. These tools support workflows for lead collection, user registration, guest content, internal records, and form-based publishing.
Display and customize tables
Embed tables with shortcodes, the shortcode builder, or the Tablesome block for the Gutenberg editor. Configure table display options, layouts, themes, colors, and other styling choices. Add media such as GIFs, audio, and video, and use table schema markup for table displays described as SEO-friendly in the product information.
