Persistent Login Premium for WordPress
Persistent Login Premium is designed for websites that want to keep users logged in while giving administrators more control over sessions and account activity. It extends the capabilities of Persistent Login with settings for remembered logins, active login limits, login history, and session management.
The premium edition can hide the Remember Me checkbox so users are always remembered. Administrators can also choose which user roles receive persistent login and set how long users remain logged in, for periods of up to 400 days. These controls are useful for membership websites, client areas, community sites, and other WordPress projects where repeated sign-ins create unnecessary friction.
Control persistent sessions
Premium session management lets users view their logins and manage active sessions. User-facing session management supports the Block Editor and shortcodes, making it possible to present session information in suitable areas of a website. Administrators can end any user session directly from the admin area when a session needs to be closed quickly.
These tools provide a practical way to review and manage extended login sessions without requiring every action to be handled by the user. The premium edition also includes priority support directly within the WordPress admin area.
Manage active login limits
Persistent Login Premium adds more precise controls for simultaneous logins. You can decide which user roles are subject to active login limits and select exactly how many active logins those users are allowed to have.
When a limit is reached, you can choose how the plugin responds. Available options include automatically logging out the oldest login, allowing the user to choose which session to end, or blocking the new login. This flexibility supports different access policies for different types of users.
Login history and inactivity emails
The premium login history features allow users to view their login history on the front end, with support for the Block Editor and shortcodes. Administrators can also configure the email notification message sent when users log in from new devices.
Account inactivity emails can notify users after a period without logging in. Together, login history and inactivity notifications help make account activity easier for users to review while giving site owners additional communication options.
