Advanced sales reporting for online stores
Ninjalytics Pro brings detailed sales reporting and order export tools into one workflow for WooCommerce stores, with support for Easy Digital Downloads in beta. It is designed for store owners, fulfillment teams, accountants, and anyone who needs flexible ways to review product and order data.
Use the report builder to select fields, apply filters, preview the result, and download or share the finished report. Reports can be built from pre-made templates or customized for a particular business question, product group, date range, or operational task.
Build reports around your data
Ninjalytics Pro supports flexible date filtering, including quick ranges such as the last seven days or this year, as well as precise relative and absolute dates. Pro also allows reports to use paid dates, completed dates, or custom date fields instead of the standard order date.
- Filter by order status, customer user role, product tags, custom fields, and variation-specific attributes.
- Report on the entire store, selected products, product categories, or multiple custom segments.
- Show product variations separately or combine them in the report.
- Select fields from the available order, product, customer, tax, refund, and custom data.
- Rename fields, reposition them, sort results, and limit output to the top number of rows.
- Exclude free products when they should not be included in the report.
Advanced calculations and visual analysis
Pro adds custom calculated fields for creating your own metrics with arithmetic operators and built-in functions. Available functions include concatenation, retrieving a post title or permalink, and converting timestamps to date and time values.
Reports can include cost of goods sold, profit, and gross margin when used with a compatible COGS plugin. Interactive line and bar charts are available, while Pro adds pie charts for another way to represent sales data. The live preview can link order and product IDs to their pages, color-code order statuses, and highlight negative numbers.
Order exports and delivery options
Order Export Mode creates reports containing individual order line items and related details for fulfillment or accounting. Depending on the selected fields, exports can include order status, dates, billing and shipping information, quantities, totals, taxes, shipping methods, and product details.
CSV is available for spreadsheet workflows. Pro also adds XLSX, HTML, and Enhanced HTML export formats. Reports can be sent to any email address with a single click. A scheduled reports add-on can be used for automation.
Reusable report workflows
Save report presets to regenerate frequently used reports later. Report settings can also be imported or exported as a file, which is useful for backups, moving configurations between stores, or sharing setups with a team. The plugin supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
Installation and first use
Install Ninjalytics Pro in your WordPress site, then open its report builder from the WordPress dashboard. Choose a template or create a report from scratch, select the required fields, set filters and date options, and review the live preview. When the results are ready, download them in the desired format or send the report by email.
