WordPress real estate management for growing property sites
Estatik is a WordPress real estate plugin for creating searchable property websites with a clean interface, flexible listing fields, and presentation tools. Its integration with Elementor Page Builder and Hello Theme supports page-building workflows, while compatibility with most WordPress themes and page builders gives you room to shape the site around your existing design.
Estatik PRO and Estatik Premium include the core listing experience together with paid features for agents, agencies, listing management, imports, payments, and property discovery. Premium adds organic MLS listing import through RETS and the RESO Web API.
Build and present property listings
The Fields Builder creates unlimited custom fields, including text, number, area, attachments, files, and contact fields. You can organize listings with customizable categories, types, statuses, features, amenities, and labels such as featured, hot, and open house. Photo galleries and video from YouTube or Vimeo help present individual properties.
Visitors can search using AJAX-based maps and customizable search widgets, sort results by price, date, or popularity, and use unlimited currencies. Saved searches, wishlists, comparison, and saved-search update notifications support returning visitors who are evaluating multiple properties. Social sharing for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with email sharing, provides additional ways to distribute listings.
Agents, agencies, and front-end workflows
PRO includes support for agents and agencies, an agent and agency search, and private fields for administrators and agents. Administrators, users, and agents can manage listings from the front end. Agent profiles can include request management, helping organize information requests connected with property activity.
For monetized listing or access workflows, PRO supports subscription plans or one-time payments through PayPal. PRO also includes CSV/XLS import through WP All Import, allowing property data to be brought into the site through that integration.
Widgets, documents, and MLS imports
- Use the locations widget to help organize property discovery.
- Add slider and full-width slideshow widgets for visual presentation.
- Generate PDF files for property information.
- Import MLS listings organically through RETS and the RESO Web API with Premium.
These tools can support different site structures, from a searchable agency catalog to a portal with agent-managed listings and imported MLS data. The plugin also provides more than 50 shortcodes and supports WPML, Polylang, and Loco Translate for multilingual setups. Estatik is translated into Italian, Spanish, French, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Romanian, and Polish.
Installation and upgrade path
Install and activate the selected Estatik edition in WordPress. To upgrade from the Simple version, deactivate the active Simple version, install and activate PRO or Premium, then remove the Simple version. The supplied information states that listings and plugin configuration remain safe during this process.
After installation, configure listing fields, categories, search options, labels, and widgets. Add agents or agencies where required, connect the available payment or import workflows, and place the relevant shortcodes or Elementor components into your site pages. If a details page returns a 404 error, save the settings under Settings › Permalinks and check the page again.
PRO includes support for six months and Premium includes support for one year, each for one website, according to the supplied product information.
