Connect WordPress forms with HubSpot
Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro sends submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Contact Form Entries, and many other popular contact form plugins to HubSpot CRM. It can create or update HubSpot objects when a visitor submits a form, helping connect existing WordPress forms with CRM records.
The integration supports HubSpot objects including Contacts, Companies, Tasks, Tickets, Deals, Leads, Carts, Orders, Invoices, Listings, Services, Courses, and Custom Objects. Objects can also be associated with one another, such as linking a contact to a lead, ticket, or invoice.
Map fields and control submissions
Create a HubSpot feed and map HubSpot fields to fields from the selected WordPress form. The plugin supports custom fields, custom objects, custom lists, phone number fields, file attachments, and unlimited field mapping. Extra form fields that cannot be mapped directly can be sent as HubSpot object notes.
Submissions can be sent automatically when a form is submitted, or they can be sent manually later. Filters can limit which submissions reach HubSpot based on user input. For example, a feed can send only entries containing a work email address.
The integration can create a new object when no matching record exists or update an existing object in HubSpot. It can also add a HubSpot contact to a deal, lead, order, invoice, ticket, task, or company. A company can be assigned to a contact, order, ticket, or task, and deals and tickets can be updated in HubSpot.
CRM workflows and submission records
Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro supports Contact Lists and Workflows of HubSpot CRM, as well as assigning a pipeline and stage to a HubSpot object. It can track gclid, UTM parameters, and geolocation when a form is submitted. The plugin also supports looking up a customer’s email and phone number through popular email and phone lookup services.
HubSpot logs provide a detailed record of whether each submission was sent successfully. The logs can be checked after testing and a submission can be resent to HubSpot when needed. This provides a practical way to review the connection and identify entries that require another send attempt.
HubSpot forms and supported builders
WordPress forms can be submitted as authentic HubSpot online forms through enhanced form mapping. Create a feed, map HubSpot form fields to WordPress form fields, and allow the plugin to process the submission. User web activity can also be tracked directly in HubSpot.
The same account can be used with Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Elementor forms. For each connection, create feeds for HubSpot Contacts, Companies, Tickets, or other supported objects, then map the relevant fields for that form.
Installation and setup
Install the plugin in WordPress and open the HubSpot Accounts tab to add an account. The connection can use safe OAuth 2.0 or a private HubSpot app. Next, open HubSpot Feeds, create a feed, select the HubSpot object, and map its fields to the form fields. Send a test entry, then open HubSpot Logs to verify whether the entry was sent.
