Send Gravity Forms entries to Google Sheets
Connector for Gravity Forms and Google Sheets Premium connects Gravity Forms submissions with Google Sheets. When someone submits a form on your WordPress site, the entry can be sent to a selected Google Sheet using a configured feed.
The connector uses OAuth 2.0 to connect a Google Sheets account. You can connect multiple Google Sheets to Gravity Forms, then choose the destination sheet and map its fields to the relevant Gravity Forms fields.
Configure feeds and field mapping
Set up the integration from the Gravity Forms settings area, then create a Google Sheets feed for an individual form. Select a sheet and map Gravity Forms fields to Google Sheet fields so submitted information is placed in the intended columns.
- Connect multiple Google Sheets accounts or destinations.
- Map Gravity Forms fields to Google Sheet fields.
- Create unlimited Google Sheets feeds with Premium.
- Map Gravity Forms phone number fields to Google Sheets.
- Send Gravity Forms attachments to Google Sheets.
Control which entries are sent
You can send every form entry to Google Sheets or filter entries according to user input. For example, a feed can be configured to send only entries containing a work email address. This gives you a way to separate submissions based on information collected by the form.
Entries can be sent automatically when a user submits a form. Premium also supports manually sending entries, which is useful when you need to resend or selectively transfer a submission.
Review logs and resend submissions
The Google Sheets logs area provides a detailed record of Gravity Forms submissions and their delivery status. You can review whether an entry was sent or not sent to Google Sheets, then resend an entry when required.
Capture additional submission data
Premium can track GCLID, UTM parameters, and geolocation when a user submits a contact form. It also supports looking up a customer’s email address or phone number through popular email and phone number lookup services.
The Premium version includes 20 or more premium add-ons, extending the available integration options beyond the basic submission workflow. The source also describes saving Gravity Forms entries to Google Docs or Google Drive through the Google Sheets mapping process.
Installation and setup
