Recover more abandoned WooCommerce carts
CartBounty Pro is designed for WooCommerce stores that want to monitor shopping activity and follow up with visitors who leave products in their carts. It saves cart activity from the moment a product is added, provides abandoned cart reports, and supports automated recovery messages through several communication channels.
A cart remains anonymous until the visitor provides contact information through the WooCommerce checkout, a user account, Exit Intent or Early capture tools, or web push permission. A cart is considered abandoned after 60 minutes without activity. Recovery messages are sent only after that inactive period and any additional delay configured for the message.
Monitor activity and understand abandonment
CartBounty Pro provides live shopping cart monitoring and detailed reporting for store administrators. You can review abandoned cart activity, identify the products most often left behind, and view abandonment data by country. Anonymous carts can also be displayed, and the settings allow anonymous carts to be disabled or limited to selected countries.

Automate recovery messages
The Pro edition supports automated abandoned cart recovery using email series and several external channels. Send email campaigns through ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, or MailChimp, or use web push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and SMS text messages through BulkGate. Webhooks can send abandoned cart data to automation services such as Make, Pabbly, Zapier, or similar applications.
Messages can include dynamic content and unique coupon codes. CartBounty Pro also tracks message opens, click-throughs, recoveries, and unsubscribes, helping you review how each recovery effort performs. Individual recovery processes can be paused, resumed, or restarted, while exclusion rules can prevent recovery messages for selected products, categories, countries, languages, IP addresses, or other criteria.
Support a smoother checkout journey
Built-in efficiency tools help capture contact details and encourage customers to return. The Remember checkout fields feature keeps entered checkout information available when a customer refreshes the page or moves around the checkout. Exit Intent can respond when a visitor appears ready to leave, while Early capture can save contact details from supported third-party plugins and custom email or phone fields after Add to cart is clicked.
You can use instant coupon codes with Exit Intent and Early capture, and dynamic tab notifications can draw attention back to the store after a visitor switches to another browser tab. Pro also supports magic login through recovery links, unfinished order recovery, restoration of custom product fields and WooCommerce Product Bundles, and translation of recovery messages with WPML, Loco Translate, or GTranslate.
