Flexible payments for WordPress
Better Payment Pro helps you create and manage payment experiences directly on your WordPress website. It supports payment forms for donations, subscriptions, fundraising, membership payments, and eCommerce products, while giving you tools to review transactions and communicate with customers.
The plugin works with Elementor and Gutenberg, including a widget, a block, and integration with the Elementor form widget. You can create multiple payment forms for different purposes and adjust their appearance to match your website.
Payment gateways and currencies
Better Payment Pro connects with Stripe, PayPal, and Paystack. Stripe integration includes Stripe Elements Checkout and an on-site checkout option. Customers can pay using supported card methods including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard through the available Stripe payment options.
PayPal can be connected for accepting payments and donations, while Paystack provides another way to collect payments or donations. The plugin also supports 22 or more global currencies, allowing you to configure payment forms for customers using different currencies.
Forms, campaigns, and recurring payments
Use the available payment form styles to create forms for general payments, donations, fundraising, or product payments. Better Payment also includes a Campaign Builder for creating fundraising campaigns from scratch or customizing a ready-made template. Campaigns can be structured around a cause, event, or fundraising goal.
With the Pro subscription feature, you can create subscription forms through direct Stripe integration, collect recurring payments, and check subscription status. For WooCommerce stores, Better Payment supports recurring payments through Stripe. You can configure a billing cycle on the existing product screen without creating a separate product type.
Transaction records and customer messages
Review payment history through transaction pages with filters for transaction ID, email, amount, source, and payment date. You can import transactions and export them as CSV files for further use.
Better Payment can generate transaction invoices that customers may receive by email or print and download as PDFs. You can also design personalized success, thank-you, and error messages, including a success message with a logo, without coding.
Built-in analytics
The Pro edition includes built-in payment analytics for reviewing total, completed, and in-progress transactions. You can also track refunded transactions from the analytics area, giving you a concise view of payment activity.
Installation and setup
Install Better Payment Pro on your WordPress website, then connect the payment services you plan to use. Create a payment form or campaign, select the relevant payment method and currency, and customize the form and customer messages. For subscriptions, configure the billing cycle and Stripe connection before publishing the form.
Once configured, place forms using the available Elementor widget, Gutenberg block, or Elementor form integration. Create separate forms when you need different donation, fundraising, product, or subscription workflows.
