Affiliate and referral management for WordPress
Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise extend the Affiliates system with tools for running affiliate marketing and partner referral programs. The editions are built for sellers, shops, distributors, blogs, membership sites, product launches, and other websites that need to track visits, attribute referrals, and manage commissions.
The system provides an affiliate dashboard where partners can access links to pages on the website and view information about their earnings and performance. Affiliate registration can be automated, and unlimited affiliate management sections help organise the program from the back end. Dashboard sections, blocks, shortcodes, and flexible template-based sections support an affiliate experience that can be refined to suit the site.
Manage referrals and commissions
Affiliates records visits through affiliate links and attributes referrals to affiliates. This can be used when customers place orders or complete other tracked actions on the site. The system includes commissions on referred users, while the paid editions add more advanced tools for managing how commissions are calculated and reviewed.
Affiliates Pro includes all features available in the free Affiliates system, together with a more detailed dashboard, additional dashboard sections, referral rates with support for formula-based rates, banner management, advanced notifications, additional shortcodes, advanced commission rates, affiliate exports, advanced totals, mass payment files and exports, more integrations, and advanced integration features.
Integrations and practical workflows
The paid editions support integrations and extensions for e-commerce, events, forms, memberships, lead generation, and lead tracking. The advanced WooCommerce integration includes automated status synchronization, recurring referrals, and product rates. The Events Manager integration records referrals and essential booking data for referred bookings and allows commissions to be granted on bookings.
Form-related integrations can connect affiliate activity with Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, and Contact Form 7. These can support affiliate registration, referral recording, commission activity, and lead tracking. BuddyPress can display affiliate content in a user profile, while the reCAPTCHA integration connects reCAPTCHA with the affiliate registration form.
Enterprise capabilities
Affiliates Enterprise includes all features and integrations available in Affiliates Pro. It also supports multiple tiers, campaigns, and pixel tracking with image and iframe tracking pixels. Enterprise adds further dashboard sections, blocks, and shortcodes for sites that need more structured program management and tracking options.
These editions can be used to create a partner referral workflow from registration and link sharing through visits, referrals, commission calculation, reporting, and exports. The developer framework is also based on a data model intended for customised solutions.
Installation
Install the selected paid edition on your WordPress site, then configure its affiliate dashboard, registration process, management sections, integrations, and referral settings. Add the relevant blocks or shortcodes to front-end areas so affiliates can access links and performance information, and connect supported e-commerce, event, form, or tracking workflows as needed.
