Organize frequently asked questions
Advanced FAQ Manager Premium is designed for creating and managing frequently asked questions in WordPress. It organizes questions and answers into FAQ categories or sets, making related information easier to maintain and present on pages across a website.
Each FAQ post works as a category or group. You can add the questions and answers as content within that set, then use the generated shortcode to display the group where it is needed. This approach is useful for product information, service explanations, policies, and other collections of recurring questions.
Accordion presentation
FAQs are displayed in an accordion or toggle style that supports navigation through a longer list of questions. You can choose whether the first FAQ is open or closed and whether multiple accordion sections may remain open at the same time.
The presentation is responsive and can follow the styling of the WordPress theme. FAQ sets can also be placed in a widget area by copying their shortcode into a Text widget. An accordion search option is included to help viewers work through the available FAQ content.
Content and visual controls
Answers can include multiple images using the Insert Image button, allowing you to add visual detail when text alone is not enough. General display settings let you choose the title text color, title background color, content text color, and content background color.
Individual FAQ sets can override the global style settings. This makes it possible to use different title and content colors for a particular group while keeping broader settings in place for other FAQ sets. You can also edit or remove individual FAQs from a set when information changes or is no longer needed.
Sharing and update information
The plugin can display social sharing buttons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email. These controls can be shown or hidden, and you can provide custom share title text. FAQ groups can also display their last updated date, giving viewers a visible indication of when the information was revised.
Publishing and management workflow
To create a set, go to FAQs and select Add New. Add the group name and its list of questions and answers in the same area, then edit the FAQ set whenever changes are required. Once the set is created, copy its automatically generated shortcode and paste it into the description area of the WordPress page where it should appear.
The same shortcode can be placed in the Text widget under Appearance and Widgets. This allows a selected FAQ group to appear in a sidebar or another available widget area.
Import and export
Advanced FAQ Manager includes import and export support through the default WordPress Import/Export option available in the plugin settings. This can help you include FAQs from another WordPress account or export FAQ content for use elsewhere.
Installation and first setup
Install and activate Advanced FAQ Manager Premium in WordPress, then open the FAQ management area. Create a category or set, enter the questions and answers, adjust display settings, and publish the set with its shortcode. You can refine colors, sharing controls, accordion behavior, images, and the last updated date as needed.
