Visual form building in the Block Editor
Gutenverse Form Pro is a WordPress form builder designed for the native Block Editor and Site Editor. It lets you create forms visually with form blocks instead of code, making it suitable for contact pages, booking requests, reservation inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, lead generation, feedback, registration inquiries, surveys, and other custom WordPress forms.
The form workflow stays inside the editor you already use. Add fields, arrange the layout, configure Form Actions from the Form Builder block, and adjust the appearance of each input. The responsive editing tools support desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts, while global color and typography controls help forms fit the design of the surrounding website.
Fields, layouts, and validation
Gutenverse Form includes more than 15 form blocks and field types. Available options include email, phone, number, date, select, checkbox, radio, and text fields. Required field validation helps ensure that important information is submitted, while the reCAPTCHA block provides an option for spam protection.
Styling controls cover spacing, backgrounds, borders, notice messages, and input design. These settings can be used to create a focused contact form, a structured booking request, or a subscription form that follows the visual language of a site across responsive breakpoints.
Pro administration for entries and activity
Submitted forms can be stored as entries in WordPress. The Form Dashboard provides an overview of total entries, tracked forms, active locations, and entry activity over a seven-day period. Pro dashboard capabilities add insight panels for top forms, top entry sources, recent activity, and needs-attention signals, together with a 30-day range control.
Entry source tracking identifies locations such as pages, posts, templates, and form locations. Pro entry tools provide a full archive with search, pagination, form, source, and date filters, plus CSV export. A read-only entry view can show submitted values, form details, source links, browser information, and available payment or integration information. Recent entries can also include source links and quick actions.
Email workflows and integrations
Form Actions can send administrator notification emails and user confirmation emails. Email settings support field placeholders, dynamic recipients, and reply-to options. Pro email-template capabilities allow reusable designed templates for confirmation and notification messages, helping maintain consistent communication across forms.
Pro integration features can be managed from dashboard settings and connected to individual Form Actions. When an integration runs for an entry, administrators can review integration logs and use resubmit controls for recorded entry actions.
Installation and setup
Install Gutenverse Form Pro in WordPress, activate it, and open the Block Editor or Site Editor. Add the Form Builder block, choose the required fields, configure Form Actions, and style the form for responsive display. Use the dashboard to review stored entries, configure email notifications, and manage available integration settings.
