Custom online forms for WordPress
Jotform Online Embed Forms helps you create and publish professional online forms on WordPress without coding. The Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans are paid editions for sites that need more forms, higher monthly submission capacity, and additional account capabilities than the Starter plan.
Use the plugin to add responsive forms to WordPress pages and posts. Forms can collect contact details, registrations, applications, survey responses, feedback, files, payments, and other information through a no-code workflow.
Build forms without coding
Jotform’s drag-and-drop builder lets you add, remove, and rearrange fields visually. Start with a blank form or customize one of more than 10,000 templates for contact, booking, order, payment, event, registration, feedback, and application workflows.
Form customization includes logos, colors, fonts, and custom CSS. Responsive layouts automatically adjust to different screen sizes, helping visitors complete forms on desktop and mobile devices.
Paid plan capabilities
- Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans: upgrade options for creating more forms, removing Jotform branding, and accepting more monthly submissions.
- Gold plan: includes HIPAA compliance, which is available only to Gold users.
- Payments: connect more than 40 payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Authorize.Net, to sell products, collect donations, or set up recurring payments.
- Integrations: connect forms with services such as Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Notifications: configure email or mobile push alerts when a form is submitted.
Tools for richer workflows
Conditional logic can show or hide fields according to a visitor’s answers, creating more relevant and personalized forms. The Report Builder turns submissions into visual reports and dashboards, while collaboration tools let teammates work together on forms and responses.
Additional widgets and fields support electronic signatures, calculations, terms and conditions, photo capture, image annotation, appointment slots, image uploads, star ratings, calendars, and geolocation. Multilingual forms help you serve audiences using different languages.
Security-related capabilities described for Jotform include 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI compliance, GDPR compliance, spam protection, form encryption, and optional HIPAA compliance for eligible Gold users.
Practical uses
Use the paid plans for lead collection, customer contact, event registration, appointment scheduling, product orders, payment forms, applications, surveys, file collection, and feedback campaigns. Submission data and notifications can be managed through the Jotform dashboard or mobile experience.
Installation and setup
Install and activate the Jotform Online Embed Forms plugin in WordPress, then create or customize a form in the Jotform builder. After configuring fields, design, logic, integrations, payments, and notifications, embed the form on a WordPress page or post with the plugin’s one-click workflow.
