Flexible WooCommerce order exports
WooCommerce Order Export Premium and WP All Export Pro are paid editions for managing WooCommerce order data outside your store. They provide tools for selecting the order information you need, arranging it into a practical format, and sending it to files or connected services. Use them for reporting, spreadsheet work, migrations, or recurring transfers to external applications.
The export workflow is built around a drag-and-drop tool. Choose the columns for your export, rearrange their order, combine information, or rename fields to suit the destination. The paid editions can export all WooCommerce order fields, including order items, taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, and fields added by third-party plugins or add-ons.
Export formats and destinations
Export WooCommerce orders directly to Excel files, including XLS and XLSX formats, or create CSV files for spreadsheets and other systems. You can also build XML exports, including simple XML feeds for more structured requirements. When a destination has strict formatting expectations, the XML tools provide additional control over the structure of the exported data.
Orders can also be sent to Google Sheets and many other external applications through Zapier. This can support workflows where order information needs to reach another service without repeatedly downloading and transferring files manually.
Filters, schedules, and data control
Export only the orders that matter to your workflow. Filters can be based on combinations of order fields, including fields created by third-party plugins. For example, you can select orders from a particular date range, new or changed orders, or another set of conditions that matches your reporting or integration requirements.
Run an export when needed or schedule it to run automatically. This gives you a repeatable way to prepare order data for recurring spreadsheet reviews, external systems, or operational processes. Embedded functions and custom PHP functions can modify exported data and apply programming logic when standard field selection is not enough.
Practical order management workflows
- Export selected orders to Excel or CSV for review and bulk editing.
- Create XML feeds for external systems with specific structural requirements.
- Send order data to Google Sheets or other applications through Zapier.
- Move order data from one WooCommerce site to another.
- Export, edit, and return order data to WooCommerce using WP All Import.
- Include custom fields supplied by third-party plugins in the export.
These capabilities allow the export to be shaped around the task instead of producing a fixed file that requires extensive changes afterward.
Installation and first export
After installing the paid edition in WordPress, begin a new export from All Export › New Export and select WooCommerce orders as the export type. Choose the columns with the drag-and-drop tool, configure any filters, and select the required output format. Run the export to create the file or configure the available scheduling and connection workflow for recurring delivery.
Premium support
The paid offering includes guaranteed technical support by email. The source also identifies WP All Export Pro as the option for premium support, while support for the free version is not guaranteed.
