Manage WordPress content in bulk
WOLF Premium is a WordPress posts bulk editor and manager for working with posts, pages, and custom post types. It is designed for sites where updating records one by one would be impractical, including real estate catalogs, vehicle listings, and other structured WordPress content.
The Premium edition expands the available editing scope so you can manipulate all post fields and use bulk deletion. Records can be narrowed with filters before you edit, delete, or export them, helping you work with selected content rather than the entire post database.
Editing and data management
Use the editor to update WordPress fields, taxonomies, and meta fields in bulk. The interface includes rich HTML elements for post editing and saves entered data instantly through AJAX. Related taxonomies can be attached automatically to posts for further editing.
- Bulk edit fields, taxonomies, and metadata.
- Support all custom post types.
- Bulk delete posts and custom post types using filter combinations.
- Filter records for editing or export.
- Export selected data to share with partners.
- Edit several posts through binded editing.
- Work on posts jointly without interference to each other.
Custom metadata tools
WOLF Premium lets you add the meta fields needed by your site and manage records through them. JSONed, serialized metadata can be edited in a popup with an integrated data constructor. A calculator is available for decimal meta fields, while a randomizer can be used for numeric meta fields.
The wpbe_wrap_field_val hook allows column cell content to be customized. This provides a defined way to adapt how values are displayed in the editor.
Filters, profiles, and history
Create profiles for column sets and for filter combinations, then load those configurations when repeating common management tasks. Empty text meta fields can also be used in filters for bulk operations. History is available for bulk and solo operations, with a roll-back possibility for recorded changes.
WPML compatibility is listed among the product capabilities. Documentation and support are also identified as part of the Premium offering.
Practical workflows
For a catalog, filter posts by a taxonomy or metadata value, load the columns relevant to the task, and update shared information across the selected records. For content maintenance, use filtered editing to revise titles, content, statuses, dates, menu order, or custom fields. When records must be removed, apply the required filter combination before using bulk delete.
WOLF is intended for WordPress posts, pages, and custom post types. The supplied information specifically states that it does not work correctly with WooCommerce products; WooCommerce bulk editing is directed to another product instead.
Installation and first setup
Install WOLF Premium in WordPress, activate it, and open its settings or editor area from the administration dashboard. Select the post type you want to manage, choose the columns and filters needed for the task, and save or load a profile if the configuration will be reused. Review filtered records before applying an edit, export, or deletion.
