Collect useful feedback from your visitors
UserFeedback Pro is a WordPress feedback and survey plugin for learning why visitors behave the way they do. Instead of relying only on analytics that show what users are doing, you can ask visitors directly about products, content, features, branding, and their overall experience.
The plugin is designed for straightforward setup without coding. Choose a suitable survey template, customize the questions, and place the survey widget on your website. The widget can appear automatically, helping you collect responses where and when you need them.
Create surveys for different goals
UserFeedback Pro lets you create an unlimited number of surveys and include unlimited questions in each one. This makes it practical to run separate feedback campaigns for individual products, selected blog posts, recent purchasers, or different areas of your website.
Built-in templates support common feedback activities, including NPS surveys and custom polls. You can also create questions that match the type of information you want to collect. Supported question formats include:
- Ratings and scales
- Star ratings
- Checkboxes
- Radio buttons
- Text boxes and open feedback
Comment boxes can be used to follow up on a response. For example, after a visitor gives a rating, you can ask why they selected it and gather more useful context.
Target the right visitors
Use page-level targeting to show a survey across your site or on specific pages, such as posts or product-related content. Device targeting lets you launch feedback requests for mobile, desktop, or tablet visitors. These options help you shape questions around the page and device experience being evaluated.
Because surveys can be created for specific audiences and situations, the plugin can support many workflows: discovering missing features, finding ideas for relevant products, requesting content suggestions, measuring brand memorability, or reviewing the experience after a purchase.
Review responses and receive notifications
UserFeedback Pro includes reporting for reviewing feedback and results in real time inside the WordPress Dashboard. Its reporting also supports NPS results organized by passives, promoters, and detractors. Heatmaps provide a visual way to see what users click and focus on, with device and UTM filtering available.
Instant notifications alert you when someone completes a survey. This allows you to follow up on individual responses while the feedback is still timely, particularly when a visitor reports a problem or provides a question that needs attention.
Installation and setup
Install UserFeedback Pro on your WordPress website, select a survey template, and create your questions. Configure the available page-level or device targeting options, then begin collecting responses through the automatically displayed survey widget. Review incoming feedback and reports from the WordPress Dashboard.
