Branded WordPress administration for clients
Ultimate Client Dash Pro is a white-label WordPress plugin for creating a more focused, branded client experience. It lets you customize the WordPress dashboard, login page, and landing pages while managing what clients can see and do. This makes it useful for agencies, freelancers, and site owners who want a simpler administration area that reflects their own branding.
The Pro edition builds on features for dashboard presentation, client access, landing pages, custom widgets, and site-wide tracking or custom code. You can adjust the visual style of the administration area, replace visible branding, and tailor the interface for a client user role.
White-label dashboard and login customization
Customize the WordPress admin top bar, footer, menu presentation, link and button colors, greeting text, and other dashboard details. Ultimate Client Dash Pro also allows you to add custom CSS for the WordPress dashboard and login page, giving you more control over the final appearance.
The login screen can use a custom logo, background image, overlay, footer text, and selected URL links. You can show or hide links such as “Back to Site” and “Forgot Password,” then use custom styling to align the screen with your chosen brand presentation.
For broader white-label control, replace the active theme’s name with your own rebrand name in the WordPress Dashboard. You can also hide the plugin from the plugin list for the client user role and hide update notifications and nags for that role.
Client roles and dashboard controls
Create a client user role and simplify its administration experience by removing menu items from a dynamically populated list. These controls can apply to all roles or specifically to clients. Pro also dynamically populates WordPress core, theme, and plugin capabilities so you can assign the capabilities needed for the client role.
- Assign clients to the Clients user role.
- Limit or extend client capabilities.
- Remove selected dashboard menu items.
- Hide update notifications and nags for clients.
- Disable fatal PHP error protection email notifications and WordPress auto-update email notifications.
Widgets, welcome content, and landing pages
Create up to four custom widgets for the WordPress dashboard. Custom widgets can use shortcodes, and the plugin also supports custom welcome messages containing images, iframes, shortcodes, and other content. These tools can provide instructions or useful information directly to clients when they enter the dashboard.
For public-facing site states, create a Coming Soon or Under Construction landing page with a custom logo, call-to-action button, social media links, and customizable styling. Pro adds custom CSS for the landing page and lets you customize its meta title and description. Google Analytics tracking is available for the landing page and website, along with Facebook Pixels, head scripts, frontend CSS, and custom JavaScript.
Practical workflow
- Set the dashboard and login branding, including logos, colors, text, and custom CSS.
- Configure the client role and decide which menus and capabilities it should have.
- Add dashboard widgets or a welcome message with relevant instructions.
- Prepare a Coming Soon or Under Construction page when needed.
- Apply available tracking, scripts, and frontend customization options.
