Flexible WooCommerce enquiries for custom-pricing stores
Product Enquiry for WooCommerce Pro helps turn a WooCommerce store into a structured request-for-quote and product enquiry system. Instead of sending every visitor through the standard checkout process, you can invite customers to ask questions, request custom pricing, or submit quote requests directly from product pages.
This approach suits wholesale and B2B stores, manufacturers, distributors, catalog-only websites, and businesses selling high-value or configurable products. It also works for stores that need to discuss pricing before accepting an order or want to capture enquiries from visitors who are not ready to purchase through a regular cart.
Advanced controls for products and categories
The Pro edition provides more granular control over how enquiry tools appear across the store. Advanced category rules support fine-grained include and exclude conditions, helping you apply different enquiry settings to selected product groups. Enhanced catalog mode gives you more control over which products display prices or the Add to Cart option.
Conditional visibility rules let you show or hide the enquiry button according to factors such as user role, product type, stock status, and other supported conditions. This makes it possible to create different experiences for shoppers, logged-in customers, products that are out of stock, or selected areas of a catalog.
Build forms for useful customer requests
The enquiry form can collect structured information rather than relying only on an open-ended question. The form builder supports fields such as text, select, checkbox, radio, and textarea inputs, with required-field validation, custom labels, and placeholder text. Pro adds additional field types and conditional logic for more powerful forms.
Conditional fields can help keep the form relevant by displaying additional questions when a customer selects a particular option. This is useful when different products, quantities, configurations, or customer requirements need different information before a quote can be prepared.
Email and enquiry workflow
New enquiries can generate an instant notification for the store administrator and an automatic confirmation for the customer. Enhanced email customization adds advanced templates with HTML support and more dynamic placeholders, allowing messages to include product names, customer details, and submitted form data.
Enquiries can be reviewed in a dedicated WordPress dashboard panel, filtered by date range, and exported to CSV. The enquiry cart also supports bulk quote requests across multiple products, allowing customers to gather several items before submitting one request.
Placement and integration options
You can replace or hide Add to Cart controls, hide prices globally or for selected products, and place enquiry buttons in suitable product-page locations. The enquiry cart can be displayed elsewhere on the site with [gm_woo_enquiry_cart]. Product-page buttons can use [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product], while a specific product can be targeted with the product ID attribute.
Webhook support can send enquiry data to external systems through POST requests, including CRMs, Slack, Zapier, and Make. Forms can be enabled or disabled for webhook delivery as needed. Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 support is also available for spam prevention.
