Flexible forms inside Elementor
MetForm Pro is a drag-and-drop WordPress form builder and Elementor addon for creating custom forms without code. Each field is available as an Elementor widget, so fields can be arranged within the page builder and adjusted for mobile, tablet, and desktop layouts. Images or videos can also be placed below a form to support the surrounding content.
The builder is suited to simple contact forms as well as more structured workflows. Use it for volunteer applications, event registrations, loan applications, restaurant reservations, admission forms, newsletter signups, data erasure requests, product orders, WooCommerce checkouts, subscription forms, patient forms, suggestions, surveys, and post-survey forms.
Start with templates or build from scratch
MetForm includes more than 44 form templates covering contact, booking, calculation, newsletter, event, job application, and multi-step use cases. Templates provide a starting point for deploying a functional form quickly, while the visual editor allows the fields and layout to be adapted to the project.
Custom field groups can be created and reused in other contact forms with one click. Different field input styles help align forms with a site’s brand. Forms can be embedded with shortcodes, allowing them to be used with editors that include shortcode support as well as within Elementor pages.
Build guided and dynamic experiences
Pro conditional forms can show or hide fields based on a visitor’s selections or input. This keeps the form focused by displaying relevant questions only when they are needed. Six ready-made conditional form templates are available as starting points.
Long forms can be divided into multiple steps to create a more manageable process. MetForm can turn a WordPress form into a multi-step form in Elementor. Forms can also be scheduled with specific start and end dates, which is useful for time-sensitive registrations, surveys, and other forms that should be available only during a defined period.
Manage submissions and form results
Form submissions can be saved in the WordPress administration area. The form administrator can receive submitted data, and confirmation emails can be sent to form users. Form fields can also be mapped to post titles, content, and custom post types, enabling front-end submission of articles or reviews.
MetForm Analytics provides a dashboard for form performance, including conversion rate, traffic sources, top referrers, geographic breakdown, device and browser statistics, and hourly submission patterns. The data stays inside WordPress and does not require Google Analytics, third-party scripts, or cookies. Quiz reporting includes score distributions, pass and fail ratios, per-question difficulty analysis, and completion versus abandonment rates.
Privacy and practical uses
Mandatory consent checkboxes can be added to capture explicit permission before data is stored. The quiz and survey module supports interactive quizzes and detailed surveys, while calculation forms can support workflows that require calculated results.
