Gutena Forms Pro is a paid WordPress form builder for creating contact, survey, feedback, booking, appointment, enquiry, and custom forms directly inside the WordPress block editor. It extends the core form-building experience with advanced fields, entry management, reporting, and integrations while retaining a lightweight approach with no jQuery.
Use ready-made templates or build a form from scratch with drag-and-drop fields. Forms are responsive, and the editor provides controls for colors, borders, radius, typography, padding, margins, layout, and other styling details. Entries, reports, and workflow tools
Gutena Forms Pro stores database entries and provides an entry management dashboard for reviewing submitted information. Advanced entry filters help you find relevant records, while tags and status management support an organized workflow. Add entry notes and use user access control when different people need defined access to form data.
The Pro edition also includes a weekly form report pro feature for monitoring submissions over time. These tools can support enquiry handling, booking requests, feedback collection, survey responses, and other workflows where submissions need follow-up after they are received.
Integrations and form controls
Premium integrations include Brevo, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign. Forms can also use email notifications, custom confirmation messages, custom redirection, and custom error messages. Built-in form validation, Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and honeypot spam protection are available as part of the broader Gutena Forms feature set.
Additional form controls include text, number, range, text area, email, dropdown, radio, checkbox, and opt-in checkbox fields. The opt-in checkbox supports privacy and terms consent, while MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration is also listed among the available features.
Practical workflow
Choose a template or insert the dedicated Gutena Forms block, arrange fields, and adjust the layout and styling in the editor.
