Create interactive WordPress forms
Forminator Pro is a WordPress form builder for creating contact forms, order forms, payment forms, email forms, feedback widgets, polls, quizzes, calculations, service estimators, and registration forms. Its visual drag-and-drop builder is intended to make form creation and placement straightforward, whether you need a simple contact form or a more interactive data-collection workflow.
Forminator Pro unlocks all form fields and premium addons from the start. This makes it suitable for websites that need more than basic submissions, including sites that collect information, generate leads, accept payments, gather opinions, run quizzes, or present customized calculations.
Forms, polls, and quizzes
Build custom forms with as many fields as needed for the intended use case. Forms can support contact requests, applications, registrations, feedback, orders, and other information-collection tasks. Polls provide interactive ways to collect visitor opinions with dynamic options and settings, while quizzes can be designed for fun, challenging, or shareable visitor experiences.
Calculation forms can collect information, generate leads, take orders, and engage visitors through tailored results. Example uses include upgrade-package registrations, product orders with size and color variations, BMI or calorie calculators, loan calculators, service estimators, and return-on-investment calculators.
Payments and subscriptions
Forminator includes Stripe and PayPal integrations for payments, donations, down payments, and merchandise sales. Fixed and variable payments can be configured after entering the relevant publish keys. Stripe’s Dynamic Payment Element can provide more than 40 payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other available options, with controls for managing which payment options users see.
Forminator Pro adds Stripe subscription forms for recurring payments. Create subscription workflows with selectable plans or pricing, billing cycles, custom upsells, and an optional free trial. Subscription form data can be synchronized with the connected Stripe account.
Pro tools for advanced workflows
The Pro feature set includes an e-signature field for applications, contracts, and other forms that require a visitor’s signature. Visitors can sign with a mouse, trackpad, or finger on a touch device. Pro also includes dynamic PDF generation and geolocation with autocomplete, extending the form workflow for documents and location-related input.
Practical workflow
Start by choosing the type of interaction you need, then use the drag-and-drop visual builder to add fields and configure the form, poll, quiz, calculation, or payment flow. Add Stripe or PayPal settings when collecting payments, or select the Pro tools required for signatures, subscriptions, PDFs, or location input. Add the completed item to your WordPress website.
Installation
Install Forminator in WordPress and open its visual builder. Create a new form, poll, quiz, calculation, or payment workflow, configure its fields and settings, and add it to the relevant page or content area.
